1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using OneShotSEO ("the Website"), including any tools, Chrome extensions, or services offered through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Description of Services

OneShotSEO provides two categories of services:

  • Free Web Tools: A collection of 100+ online tools (image tools, SEO tools, developer utilities, calculators, etc.) available at no cost, with no registration required. These tools are provided "as is" and are free to use without limitations.
  • Paid Chrome Extension Services: The Gemini Watermark Remover Pro Chrome extension operates on a freemium model. The free tier includes limited daily credits (10 image credits and 5 video credits per day). Premium plans (Monthly subscription at $4.99/month and Lifetime access at $67 one-time) unlock unlimited processing, batch removal, and additional features.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use all OneShotSEO tools and services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Website.

  • You must not use our tools to process illegal, harmful, or malicious content.
  • You must not attempt to disrupt the normal functioning of the website or its servers (e.g., through DoS attacks or automated scraping).
  • You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any proprietary algorithms, including watermark removal engines.
  • You must not share, redistribute, or resell access to paid features, including license keys.

4. Paid Services & Billing

The following terms apply specifically to paid plans for the Gemini Watermark Remover Pro Chrome extension:

  • Payment Processor: All payments are processed securely by Dodo Payments. By purchasing a plan, you also agree to Dodo Payments' Terms of Service.
  • Monthly Subscription: Billed automatically each month at the stated rate. You may cancel at any time; your premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Lifetime Plan: A one-time payment granting permanent access to all premium features, including future updates. No recurring charges apply.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Active subscriptions will not be affected until the next renewal cycle. Lifetime plan holders are not affected by price changes.
  • Taxes: Displayed prices may not include applicable taxes. Any required taxes are calculated and collected by Dodo Payments at checkout based on your location.

5. License Keys

Upon purchasing a Premium plan, you will receive a license key via email from Dodo Payments. The following terms apply:

  • Single-Device Activation: Each license key allows activation on one (1) device at a time. To use on a different device, you must first deactivate the key on the current device.
  • No Sharing or Resale: License keys are for your personal use only. Sharing, selling, publishing, or distributing your license key to others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate revocation.
  • Revocation: We reserve the right to revoke license keys that are found to be shared, abused, or obtained fraudulently, without refund.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans (Monthly and Lifetime). If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 3 calendar days of your initial purchase by contacting us via our Contact Page.

  • Refund requests made after 3 days from the purchase date will not be honored.
  • Subsequent monthly renewal charges are not eligible for the 3-day guarantee; cancellation before the next billing cycle is the appropriate remedy.
  • Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated and premium access will be revoked.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, text, graphics, interfaces, and proprietary algorithms on OneShotSEO are the property of OneShotSEO or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The tools and services on OneShotSEO are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the tools. We are not responsible for any data loss, damages, or issues arising from the use of our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OneShotSEO or its founder be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site, tools, or paid services. Our total liability for any claim related to paid services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the Website or services signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
